Father's Day...

Today was a great day! Not only did we get to spend time with my father-in-law during lunch and dinner with my Dad, but everyone made Dave feel really special (showering him with Father’s Day cards & gifts). Dave’s Mom surprised us with some books for the baby. It was such a thoughtful gift! Some of the books had “Mommy & Daddy” in the titles, which made it feel all the more real. Joan also bought some of Dave’s favorite books as a child (i.e., “The Pokey Little Puppy” & “Goodnight Moon”). I can’t wait to start reading to our child!
