Seven More Days & Counting...

A week from today Dave & I have our second Dr's appointment. We're SO excited!!! During this appointment we'll get to hear our baby's heartbeat for the VERY first time. I'm excited, yet not quite sure what to expect. Everyone I've talked with says I'll cry so I'm definitely going to pack my pockets with tissues. There's an old wivestale regarding the baby's heartbeat. If the heartbeat is above 140 it's a girl, if below it means you're having boy. It will be interesting to hear how things go and to see if the oldwives tale will hold true! Either way, I'm thrilled to be carrying our baby and hope for health before the preference of sex.
