Life With Payton: Carter Joshua Napier Has Arrived!!!

Yesterday my cousin Mandy gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. Carter Joshua Napier was born at 5:29 PM and weighed 7 lbs. 5 oz. After work Dave & I joined Mandy, her husband - Josh, my sister, Ryan, Ross and a few other family members at Miami Valley hospital to meet the new addition to our family. He's absolutely precious! I was surprised, but thrilled to see Mandy looking great and acting like her usual self (I hope I'm just as lucky).

Yesterday was also deja vu of what's to come in my near future...labor (four months to be exact)! As I was holding Carter, I was trying to figure out who he most resembled. I also couldn't help but to think about our little girl and who she'll look like. I wonder if she'll have my brown hair or Dave's blonde? Will she have brown eyes or blue? Will she be short or tall like her Daddy? As the countdown starts to dwindle...I feel myself getting more and more excited to meet her!
